1. General provisions
1.1. This Cookie Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) informs Users of the S.T.ART LIFE Platform about the list of cookies used, the purposes of their use and storage on Users' technical devices, as well as how to disable and/or delete them (cookie management).
1.2. Interpretation of terms used in this Policy:
1.2.1. “Administrator” - individual entrepreneur Serhii Viktorovych Portus, USREOU code 3135305599, registered at the address: 73000, Ukraine, Kherson, 57 Gridasova St., who owns the exclusive rights to the S.T.ART LIFE computer program and grants the License, as well as persons authorized by him to administer and manage the Platform. The Licensor, Platform Administrator, and Controller are one and the same person.
1.2.2. “Website/Platform” - the result of intellectual activity - the S.T.ART LIFE computer program, located at: https://startlife.com.ua/.
1.2.3. “User” - means any person who uses the Platform and/or accepts the Terms of Public Offer, Privacy Policy and this Cookie Policy, including by registering a Creator/Licensee personal account.
1.2.4. “Cookies” - small text files that are stored on the User's device (phone, laptop, tablet, computer, or other technical devices) when they visit the Platform.
1.3. The information set forth in this Policy is an integral part of the Privacy Policy, which is available at: https://startlife.com.ua/ua/privacy.
1.4. The User's consent to the use of cookies is confirmed by clicking the “Agree” or “I agree” button and/or checking the corresponding box in the pop-up window. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Policy, they must decline consent to the use of cookies, in which case the User understands that some of the Platform's features may be unavailable or may not work properly.
2. List of cookies used
2.1. When the User uses the Platform, the following categories of cookies are used:
2.1.1. Necessary cookies – files that are required to ensure the basic functionality of the Platform (e.g., session, security, authorization) and are usually stored for a certain period of time after the end of the session of use of the site.
2.1.2. Functional cookies – files that help store information that modifies the User's interaction with the Platform (e.g., language settings, saving selections, preferences, interface settings).
2.1.3. Statistical/Analytical Cookies – files used to collect non-personal information about visits to the Platform in order to analyze its effectiveness, measure traffic, and evaluate usability.

2.3. Third-party cookies.
The Platform may also use third-party cookies, which are set by external services for analytics, marketing, and improving the functionality of the Platform, such as:
2.3.1. Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel).
The Platform may use Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) to collect information about User interactions with the Platform, including page views (PageView), user actions, and advertising performance.
The collected data may include:
— IP address
— device and browser type
— approximate location (country)
— user activity on the Platform
This data is used for analytics and marketing optimization purposes. Such data processing is subject to Meta’s privacy policy.
2.3.2. Social integrations.
The Platform may include integrations with social networks and messaging services (Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp, Viber), which may set cookies in accordance with their own privacy policies.
The Administrator does not control the use of such cookies by third parties.
2.3.3. Third-party policies
The use of third-party cookies is governed by the privacy policies of the respective third parties. The User is responsible for reviewing such policies on the relevant external websites.
2.4. Cookies may be stored on Users' technical devices for several hours to several days/weeks or years, depending on the type of cookies used.
3. Purposes of using cookies
3.1. The Platform uses cookies and third-party analytics tools (including Meta Pixel).
3.2. In this regard, the Administrator may collect information about Users, which may include::
3.2.1. Ensuring the correct and secure operation of the Platform (Necessary Cookies).
3.2.2. Saving User preferences and settings to personalize the experience (Functional Cookies).
3.2.3. Analyzing the effectiveness of the Platform, measuring traffic, and improving functionality (Statistical/Analytical Cookies).
3.2.4. Providing access to the Personal Account and User authorization.
3.3. Using Cookies, the Administrator may collect data that constitutes personal information about Users, which is processed in accordance with the procedure and conditions set forth in the Privacy Policy. In particular, the following information may be collected through the use of cookies:
3.3.1. IP address, browser type, and technical device of the User.
3.3.2. Information about the User's location (in particular, country).
3.3.3. Information about the date and time of visiting the Platform and activity on it.
Such data may be collected both directly by the Platform and through integrated third-party services.
4. User cookie management
4.1. Cookie usage is managed through a form that is displayed when the User first interacts with the Platform or during subsequent visits if consent is declined.
4.2. If the User refuses to use cookies (except for Necessary ones), some of the Platform's functionalities may be unavailable or may not work properly.
4.3. The Platform may renew the request for the User's consent to the use of cookies by displaying the relevant form again in the following cases:
4.3.1. After disabling the use of cookies or deleting them from the User's device.
4.3.2. If a certain period of time has elapsed since the last consent was given, in accordance with the requirements of the law.
4.4. At the User's discretion, they may disable the use of cookies on the Platform by:
4.4.1. Unchecking the box to consent to the use of certain categories of cookies in the pop-up window.
4.4.2. Deleting cookies and changing the settings of the browser used by the User.
